By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your request if I see you didn’t read this.
By purchasing from me you agree and understand that I am not always able to work on art and delays between updates and finishing the commissioned work might occur especially now that I'm going to be a FTM (first time mom) and will have my hands full the first 6 months after she is born at the end of November. I will still find time to work and get those pieces out for y'all though since i'll be a stay at home mom it shouldn't be hard to find time to work!
- By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I have the right to decline any commission if I feel it is not in my ability to draw the character/requested order or if it's just too complex.
- You are allowed 1 free minor edit per piece after completion unless I just completely forgot something but otherwise my artwork is how I envision your character.
- I do not work with deadlines but I do my best to get the commissioners piece out in a timely fashion while keeping the quality excellent so please do not rush me. If you are looking for fast and timely work, I'm probably not the best person for the job! I like putting time and effort into my images!
- I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects.
- I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.
- Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to forum icons (I will not allow art pieces to be turned into Furcadia portraits without additional pricing), signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
- You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.
- You may resell it for the price you purchased it with. As long as it's not for reproduction such as prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc.
- Paying Commissioners will always come first and foremost over Trade transactions. Should a trade transaction take place do not rush or expect to be placed in front of paying commissions as no real money was involved, however I will respect the trade transaction client and whatever was traded will not be used in any shape or form until after the trade is completed fully. I have the right to deny any trade transactions at any given time should my mind be changed on the item at hand.
- I do not do refunds.
- I do not do requests (Unless otherwise stated) or free artwork so please do not ask. I accept art trades but it has to be something of equal value.

- Mild Gore/Nsfw (Addition fee's of $10-$15 will be added to the NSFW category if extreme and it will NOT be added to any of my art accounts due to the younger crowds that follow. Not to mention I'll have to wait for the hubby to head to work to work on NSFW images Haha!)
Will not draw
- Mecha/robots
- Ridiculously complex characters (If you're unsure whether your character is too complex or not, ask and I'll let you know. Additional fees may be added.)
- Politically or racially controversial themes
- Extreme Gore
- Weird Kinks
Ordering
- I answer more quickly if noted on Deviantart for commissions it helps me better keep track of everything!
- Please be specific on what type of commission you want.
- Clear and well-colored references are required unless the piece is me designing the character. This isn't just for my benefit but for the commissioners as well because if references are incorrect, the Art piece I work on is incorrect which means the commissioner will be wasting money with edit fees depending on how minor/major they are.
- I usually don't work off of description references, however. If you can provide images such as; hairstyles, colors palette, face claim, clothing image, etc. I could do my best.
- If no given pose is referred to while ordering from me then I have full rights to assume artistic freedom and I will not be held accountable to your lack of communication.
- You will receive a full size png with a transparent background unless background is ordered.
- I will upload a smaller version of that image onto my Art Account.
- I am not obligated to upload the finished work to my gallery (This is mainly for nsfw pieces).
- When requesting a commission please state the word, "TwinkleToes" somewhere in the note to allow me to know if you read my terms of service information. The word will change should there be any edits upon my TOS later on!
Payment
Paypal and USD only unless otherwise stated.
- All payment is to be made upfront before the image is started.
- You will have three days to make a payment should a hold take place, if this time passes and no payment has been made, your order/hold will be cancelled. (Please communicate with me if payment will take longer than three days to make.)
- Once again once commission is paid for there will be no refunds.
